★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only recommend this great place. I went there because I needed to complete a long and difficult job. All was perfect: the staff is just extra professional and friendly, beds are super comfy, it's very clean. Brillant breakfast! All is made that you feel comfortable and relaxed and the restaurant is just delicious!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was very nice and clean. Only downside was the bed - it could use a new or better mattress. The staff was polite and welcoming. Beakfast was outstanding. The hotels restaurant is also worth a try. The next tram or bus station is a 10 minutes walk and in case you don't want to eat dinner in town, the hotel restaurant is the only (but good) option in the surrounding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cantastic place to stay in Prague! Cozy, warm and extremely clean room. Great restoran, excellent food, all employees from receptionist to waiters are more than friendly and very professional. Was in many hotels in Prague but this one so far is rated 10+ from my side!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is in the great location, not right in city centre as we like, and nice walking distance to all tourist locations (about 30min). Room has modern design, very comfortable beds, great bathroom facility and room has air conditioning which is perfect in hot days. We were in room 304 which is roof bedroom so the issue we would have is position of toilet - ceiling is above toilet is a bit low and my boyfriend had a bit of problem using toilet, but due to bathroom layout there is no other way so you just need to be careful if you are a bit taller. Also TV channels are only in German or Czech language, we were trying to change to English but we weren’t able - again no big issue. Breakfast was superb and staff very helpful and friendly :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel, Reception staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Some great tips on how to enjoy some of the sights that are enjoyed by the locals. There's a beautiful park just near to the hotel and the zoo is a pleasant walk.
The hotel is just outside of the city centre, in the embassy district so very safe, that makes it a nice retreat after a day sightseeing and being in the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
The hotel restaurant is very nice, reasonably priced and breakfast is very good. All the staff work so hard here, it deserves top rating.
