Unfortunately, I do not recommend, the vulgar cleaning lady is obviously drunk, we forgot the clothes at the hotel and so far no one has sent it to us, even though I called there and I was promised that I was sent, then I wrote an SMS and an e-mail, but no one responded ...

Absolute satisfaction with everything. Hotel beautiful, clean, rooms cozy. Staff nice, helpful, everyone took care of us perfectly, we enjoyed the wellness, the cuisine excellent, the bar was open as long as there were guests, there was no problem. Thank you dear receptionist, cookbooks , Mrs. Martička for wellness and Mr. Waiter for a beautiful extended weekend.

We had a 90-minute discount voucher in the public wellness. The communication regarding the deadline was great. The staff at the lobby bar was nice and they tried to accommodate us in everything. They showed us everything in the wellness. Towels and sheets were provided. We were satisfied

This hotel really surprised me with its approach from the staff. Every day positive and kind. The weekend stay did not have a single mistake and if there was a small mistake, the helpful staff always made up for it. Food excellent and great location of the hotel. Wellness meeting today's requirements. Today, it is a miracle that there are so many satisfied employees. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We stayed here in May 2022, the stay I bought through the discount and I have nothing to complain about, everything was fantastic. The staff is pleasant, kind, smiling, helpful, prompt and tries to be helpful. Food excellent, breakfast buffet, plenty of everything, dinner served, choice of two dishes, excellent, no problem even with a gluten-free diet. Room large, clean. Wellness is small, but pleasant and cozy, there was always an effort that there is not much of us at once and after a whole day of rest completely sufficient. Thank you for a nice stay, I will be happy to return to you again.

Thank you very much for a pleasant experience. Hotel close to the spa, great accessibility, parking. Appearance very nice, rooms beautiful and clean, everything fragrant. We had our stay bought through Slevomat and everything was in perfect order. Wellness super - smaller pool, whirlpool, two saunas. We had half board - breakfast very good, but I take the star for dinner. Although they met me with my limitations, I was not particularly interested in desserts that were liquid. But what I have to praise and highlight is the incredibly friendly staff, which made the stay great. Very nice lady at the reception and behind the bar and in the wellness really great gentleman! I would like to recommend the hotel :-)

We were accommodated in February 2022. The only thing I liked here unfortunately was the appearance of the hotel and the room. The overall impression of the hotel staff and management contributed to our disappointment. In the entrance bar, which has operating hours from 10 am to 8 pm, sat non-stop operating (or the owner) and constantly dealing with work matters with employees. Therefore, the guests did not have a chance for privacy, to sit with a glass of wine. In addition, there was such a terrible silence in this bar that we had to ask the staff to at least turn on some music so that not everyone could say what they were saying. The evenings were nothing, the bar closed early, before 8 pm and when asked that we wanted to buy water for the room, we were told that "saves electricity" and since no one was in the bar, they closed. That they won't wait for someone to come. Who would go too ... there is no musical background in the bar, you really have to whisper in conversations so that the other table doesn't listen to what you're talking about. The service behind the bar was very slow, except for the gentleman in the red tie - he was very nice! Wellness was a complete failure - the whirlpool was lukewarm, it did not work as it should have been waiting for service ?. We had to wait half an hour for the sauna before they came to warm it up (and we had the time agreed the day before). The massages were ok, except that every word that bathers said was heard from the wellness center during the massage. We would also welcome a minibar and a fridge in the room! The dinner in the form of a banquet was a complete disgrace (which we agreed with many guests). Selection of 1 type of meat and 2 side dishes. Breakfasts were broken down after 10 minutes, they were replenished after a long time. We have already had several wellness stays, but this one disappointed us a lot.
