★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived on bikes soaking wet to hotel's door, because it was raining cats and dogs. Under the terrace roof we were "welcomed" by a woman who clearly was unhappy to see us. Immediately we were informed that all rooms are taken and kitchen and bar is closed, so no coffee / tee / hot water. Some lady came outside, probably guest, and the stuff member asked her if she wants a coffee! After around 5-10 minutes of waiting till the rain will pass, they closed all entrance doors, so we couldn't even use a toilet to change clothes. We were shivering from cold, water was dripping from us. Very unfriendly, not professional. If you are pi***d like me by unfriendly stuff that acts like they work as punishment, AVOID IN ALL CAUSE!!
