★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komunikace s paní majitelkou byla naprosto neakceptovatelná. Absolutně nebyla ochotná s námi řešit vzniklé problémy. Služby, které hotel nabízí, vůbec neexistovaly. Bowling nebyl, restaurace nevařila. Na pokoji nesvítila světla, pro čtyři lidi byl jeden malý koš, v ovladači byly vybité baterie, zrcadlo ani fén v koupelně taktéž vůbec nebyly. Koupelna byla velmi hezká a nová, ale upadlo prkénko od záchoda a voda ve sprše vůbec neodtékala. Na personál jsme musely čekat minimálně 30 minut, jinak se v hotelu nikdo nevyskytoval. Nezažila jsem horší služby a už vůbec ne horší jednání majitele. Zbylí dva členové personálu byli vstřícní a dalo se s nimi komunikovat. Kdyby se dalo dát jenom půl hvězdy, vřele bych této možnosti využila.
 Communication with the owner was absolutely unacceptable. She was absolutely unwilling to solve the problems with us. The service offered by the hotel did not exist. There was no bowling, the restaurant did not cook. There were no lights in the room, there was one small basket for four people, batteries were discharged in the remote control, there was no mirror or hairdryer in the bathroom at all. The bathroom was very nice and new, but the toilet board fell and the water in the shower did not drain. We had to wait at least 30 minutes for the staff, otherwise there was no one in the hotel. I have not experienced worse service and not at all worse behavior of the owner. The other two staff members were helpful and communicable. If only half a star could be given, I would warmly take this opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při příjezdu na hotel nebyl na místě nikdo k dispozici a nebylo možné se tak ubytovat. Přestože jsme byli na čase příjezdu dopředu domluveni.
Upon arrival at the hotel, no one was available on site and it was not possible to stay. Although we agreed on the time of arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible service, terrible food, it almost feels as they are doing the customer a favor in providing service. the hotel itself is under staffed somehow and the rooms are not equipped with what you'd assume a 4 star hotel would have. the bowling ally is almost always broken so you can play but something always stops you.
