★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemný personál, výborné jídlo a úžasné wellness. Asi nejvíc mě nadchla venkovní káď s teplou vodou s výhledem na břízy. Odpočinek jak má být, doporučuji.
 Friendly staff, great food and amazing wellness. I was probably most impressed by the outdoor hot tub overlooking the birches. Rest as it should be, I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem zde jenom párkrát na obědě a musím říct že jídlo bylo opravdu dobré, užil jsem si ho ,ale ta obsluha... Hrůza děs . No co si budeme servírku opravdu otravovala naše přítomnost . Dobrých 15minut na nás koukala a potom nás až teprve obsloužila. Poté nám řekla že jídlo bude za dlouho ,když jsme se jí ptali kdy to teda bude ,tak prostě řekla že neví. Točený pití bylo po 5minutach a na jídlo jsme nakonec čekali půl hodiny . No nedivím se že tu nemají moc hostů .... Radím vyhazet všechnu obsluhu a klidně najmout brigádníky ,kteří budou o tu práci stát a tím pádem se budou snažit a lidí to nebude odpuzovat.
I've only been here a few times for lunch and I have to say that the food was really good, I enjoyed it, but the staff ... Terrible terror. Well, what we will do as a waitress really annoyed our presence. She looked at us for a good 15 minutes and then only served us. Then she told us that the food would be in a long time, when we asked her when it would be, so she simply said that she did not know. The draft drink was after 5 minutes and we finally waited half an hour for food. Well, I'm not surprised that they don't have many guests here .... I advise you to fire all the staff and calmly hire part-time workers who will take care of the job and thus will try and people won't be repelled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just amazing! And mostly because of the staff. The position of the hotel is on the ski slope that is great for winter. The rooms are not so modern but the are not expensive at all and I really enjoyed them. Another thing I have to mention is the breakfast. A great choice of food even sparkling wine! Great espresso? Everything is fresh and homemade. Wellness is great as well, you sit outside in the whirlpool, awesome. Staff is very friendly and trying to help you with everything.
