★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byly jsme zde na rybičkach guru rufa měly jsme rezervovaný čas bohužel jsme čekali 40 minut ( na 15minut rybiček) aby nám stále opakovali že hned půjdeme. Když jsme se zeptali recepční tak byla nepříjemná. Odešli jsme a domluvili je si večerní termín.
Večer nás vzali hned a ještě nás nechali neomezeně rybičkach jelikož pí nás nikdo už nešel.
Organizace jejich kalendáře je ovlivněna chybějící personálem na recepci a když se tam střídají masky dojde někdy k omylu s objednaným časem.
We were here fishing guru rufa we had reserved time unfortunately we waited 40 minutes (for 15 minutes fishing) to keep telling us that we would go right away. When we asked the receptionist she was uncomfortable. We left and made an evening appointment.
In the evening they took us right away and left us fishing indefinitely as no one went to us anymore.
The organization of their calendar is affected by the lack of staff at the reception, and when the masks change there, there is sometimes a mistake with the time ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem podruhé na rybičkách, pokud není česká recepční, je komunikace náročnější, ale vše jsme vždy vykomunikovaly. Masáž velmi příjemná.
I was fishing for the second time, if the Czech receptionist is not, communication is more difficult, but we have always communicated everything. Massage very pleasant.
