J	Jaromír Skřivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice příjemný, počtem pokojů/ubytovací kapacitou spíše menší, hotel (ve srovnání s dalšími, obřími, hotely v okolí, které vyrostly za socialismu), perfektní výchozí místo (jak na výlety do okolí, tak i pešky na dojití Jurkovičovou alejí na kolonádu, dále nejrůznější vyžití volného času od šlapadel, přes kolobežky, atd.) a jak už sám název napovídá, super vyhlídka, nejen na vodní Luhačovickou nádrž. Personál velice příjemný, pozorný, jídlo nám velmi chutnalo (doporučujeme např. svíčkovou nebo rajskou, dále např. vepřovou panenku v pepřové omáčce). Snídaně formou švédského stolu, standardní. Navzdory tomu, že jsme zde byli ještě oficiálně mimo sezónu (Velikonoce 2022), tak jsme neměli pocit, že by služby byly nějak omezené - naopak, personál nám vycházel se vším vstříc, vždy byla perfektní domluva. Pokoje čisté, hezky uklizené, příjemně překvapila síť proti hmyzu v okně a nebo nainstalovaná klimatizační jednotka (ani jedno jsme zatím nevyužili, vzhledem k tomu, že je duben, ale i tak je to fajn). Pokoj má krytou, poměrně prostornou, terasu s posezením. Fukční, stabilní wifi (byť otevřená) a parkování u hotelu bereme jako samozřejmost. Very pleasant, the number of rooms / accommodation capacity rather smaller, the hotel (compared to other, giant, nearby hotels that grew up under socialism), the perfect starting point (both for trips to the surroundings and on foot to reach Jurkovič Avenue to the colonnade, also various leisure activities from pedal boats, scooters, etc.) and, as the name suggests, a great view, not only of the Luhačovice reservoir. The staff was very nice, attentive, we liked the food very much (we recommend, for example, sirloin or tomato, then pork tenderloin in pepper sauce). Buffet breakfast, standard. Despite the fact that we were still here officially out of season (Easter 2022), we did not feel that the services were somehow limited - on the contrary, the staff catered to us, there was always a perfect agreement. Rooms clean, nicely tidy, pleasantly surprised by the insect screen in the window or the installed air conditioning unit (neither we have used yet, given that it is April, but it's still nice). The room has a covered, relatively spacious, terrace with seating. Functional, stable wifi (albeit open) and parking at the hotel we take for granted.

Restaurace je spíše podprůměrná, chybělo dochucení a evidentně i péče o suroviny v době přípravy. Obsluha bez úsměvu a nadšení, ale ne vyloženě nepříjemná. Prostředí terasy restaurace je příjemné, s ucházejícím výhledem. Za rohem se nachází použitelné (avšak zanedbávané) dětské hřiště patřící hotelu. Určitě doporučuji spíše posedět u drinku než se pokoušet potěšit chuťové pohárky u večeře. The menu looked decent, unfortunately the result on the plate did not meet expectations. The restaurant is rather below average, there was a lack of flavoring and obviously care for the ingredients at the time of preparation. Service without a smile and enthusiasm, but not downright unpleasant. The ambience of the restaurant terrace is pleasant, with recreational views. Around the corner is a usable (but neglected) playground belonging to the hotel. I definitely recommend sitting at a drink rather than trying to please the taste buds at dinner.

F	Filip Potucek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just checked in two hours ago. Everything very good thus far - friendly staff, nice, clean and spacious rooms, excellent view. Nice asphalted path along the artificial lake to jog along. And the beer in the restaurant is Pilsener Urquell And cold:-)

Other than that we took Svickova and it was ok, not perfect but ok. The waitress was trying to make it better, but it was impossible. I dont reccomend it.
