O	Oleg S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bike storage room. Situated at the center. Nice rooms, plenty of space. Wi-Fi is awful. Breakfast is very simple, choice is poor, juice is not really a juice. And they have energy saving sensors everywhere, even in the bathroom! Lots of fun when you are taking a shower and the light goes off :)
O	Owen Howard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel... cozy rooms - a little outdated but big & good facilities. Right in Trebon centre. You exit the hotel into the town square which us amazing. Access can be difficult & parking tight! But location wise & staff friendliness ?

R	Roman Srp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad, Probably one of best hotels in the town. From my point od view still a behind western european standard, for the price per night One could expect more. Do not take apartment on the roof, there is quite loud and unpleasant background drum noise over the night. I am not sure what was the noise source, it could have iating from wellness centre or surrounding buildings...
걱	걱허 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice room on first floor looking down to the old square. Best value for the price we paid. But staff members are sour and mean. Very arrogant voice with unhappy face. My recommendation: ask for double room with the city view on first floor which is one level elevator up from the reception. It is pretty nice. Big bath tub also nice.

E	Eva Žgajner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not stay at the hotel, I worked at an event that used two of the hotel's halls for a few days, and we also ate lunches there. One of the receptionists was really nice (sadly I don't, know her name, but she was the only one with black hair) and went out of her way to help me with every little thing I asked for, while the other receptionists and the rest of the staff were at times rude, didn't even smile or say hello, and just looked super annoyed when I tried to talk to them. The receptionists are also the only ones who speak English. The worst of all were the lunches. I have never tasted such horrible food in a restaurant of a four (!) star hotel before, I honestly do not understand how they manage to stay open. It was even worse for my vegetarian coworkers, there was always only one vegetarian option and it was always something like cooked vegetables with potato, very poorly prepared, very plain, basically the message was: vegetarians can't eat anything anyway, why bother cooking for them? Rude. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family.
M	Mohammad-Afif Haounji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really needed a place to stay for the night as the people I was supposed to stay with didn't live up to their promises and tried to rip me off. I walked into this amazing hotel and the receptionist (Jana) was super kind, understanding and helpful, she assisted me in taking a moment and relax a little. If I ever come back to Trebon it's for the service of the hotel and the reliability and support of "Jana". She deserves a raise ??.
