D	Dagmar Rubačová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme na tomto pentionu ubytováni celý týden a maximální spokojenost. Velké pokoje i s kuchyňkou, krásně uklizené, vše čisté. Velkou pochvalu od nás má pan provozní, který se snažil vyhovět každému požadavku hostů. Prostě penzion s příjemnou rodinnou atmosférou. We were accommodated on this patient all week and maximum satisfaction. Large rooms with kitchenette, beautifully tidy, everything clean. We are very praised by the operating staff, who tried to meet every request of the guests. Simply a guest house with a pleasant family atmosphere.

Pokojík čistý, útulný domluva perfektní a cena vzhledem k lokalitě taky odpovídající. Bezproblémové "bezkontaktní" předání klíčů. Ale co se událo ráno mě dosti zarazilo... Nějak nám unikla informace, od kolika jsou snídaně. Vyrazili jsme tedy v 8. V jídelně už plno, někteří už dojídali. Na pultu pohozené bedničky s pečivem a koláči, tak, jak je přivezl pekař. Již od večera byl v lednici ve společné jídelně uložen obložený talíř, v době našeho příchodu již jen s pár plátky sýra. Káva, čaj, vše zjevně samoobsluha, džus v nádobě na dně... A někdo z personálu? Nikde... K snídani jsme si tedy dali co zbylo a stejně jako další hosté chtěli zaplatit a odejít. Ale komu? Asi za půl hodiny dorazila paní, která chaoticky přijímala platby, mezitím porůznu doplňovala stravu na kterou už nikdo nečekal a zjevně neměla příliš přehled. Škoda, možná jednorázový výpadek, každopádně celkem špatná vizitka pro jinak dobré ubytování. Spent one night at the end of June. I really don't know what to think about this accommodation. So we had what was left for breakfast and, like the other guests, they wanted to pay and leave. But to whom? In about half an hour, a lady arrived who was chaotically accepting payments, meanwhile supplementing her diet with food that no one was waiting for and apparently did not have much overview. Too bad, maybe a one-time outage, in any case quite a bad business card for otherwise good accommodation.

Sofortige Bezahlung, danach würde er nicht wieder gesehen. Toilettenpapier nach langer Suche im Treppenhaus gefunden, Klodeckel defekt, Duschprause mit Kabelbinder befestigt, von einem Lattenrost fehlten zwei Latten, und der Hit zum Frühstück - Für insgesamt 6 Übernachtungsgäste 6 Scheiben Schwarzbrot mit Verfallsdatum vom Vortag, es gab löslichen Kaffee (wenn man sich selbst Wasser gekocht hat)-war ja keiner da der einen hätte bedienen können. Im Kühlschrank stand ein Teller mit Käse und Wurst, 3 verschiedene Marmeladen, Milch, Saft und fertig. Über eine ausgehangene Telefonnummer konnte der Mann erreicht werden und konnte erklären wo das Besteck zu finden ist. Auf die Frage nach Brötchen sagte er nur, "die können wir uns selbst im Markt kaufen! " Meine Kinder und ich waren froh abreisen zu können!!! Ich möchte erwähnen das die Unterkunft sehr gut für Skifahrer und Wanderer gelegen ist und das Zimmer relativ sauber war! Never again Houda Bouda!!! My children and I were happy to be able to leave!!! I would like to mention that the accommodation is very well located for skiers and hikers and the room was relatively clean!
H	Hanna Martseniuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Не приветливый хозяин,постоянно всем не довольный, не размещает в номере- даёт ключ ищите сами, в какое время завтрак, если сами не спросили то уже и не узнаете, завтрак кто успел тот и съел,выбора нет : дешёвая колбаса одного вида, сыр, булочки с вареньем.Возле входа снег не убрали,снег заледенел и много шансов упасть прям возле порога.Стоянку для машин тоже не чистили. Из плюсов удобное расположение дома , номера простые,но чистые и просторные.Мебель не новая, но соответствует стоимости за номер. Больше сюда не приедем.

I would not recommend this place.
