★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní prodavačky si dávají kafíčko, vesele drbou, zákazníkovi se nevěnují, při vstupu sotva pozdraví, a ani když zákazník platí, tak nepřestanou pomlouvat.
Tohle mě od další návštěvy celkem odradilo. Jinak v obchodě je výběr celkem velký.
 The saleswoman is having a coffee, cheerfully gossiping, they don't pay attention to the customer, they barely greet them when they enter, and even if the customer pays, they don't stop gossiping.
This completely discouraged me from another visit. Otherwise, the selection in the store is quite large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už jsme tu nechali dost peněz a po dnešní zkušenosti už tam opravdu nevlezu. Chtěli jsme vrátit jednu hračku, které se syn bohužel bojí. Paní prodavačka neměla problém, jen že nevrátí peníze, což bylo jasné, tak jsme začali vybírat co jiného pořídíme. Pak přišlo nějaké velice primitivní a nepříjemné stvoření, prý rádoby vedoucí obchodu( tmavé vlnité vlasy, brýle).
Vyslechli jsme si jak tam flákneme rozbalenou hračku ( rozbalená byla asi jsme paní ukázali funkčnost), když jsme přistoupili k pokladně hračka byla již zabalená, jen to musela udělat sama, ačkoli nikomu neřekla, že to dělá (samozřejmě bych to zabalil). Po dlouhém debatování, jsme se radši sebrali a odešli.
S tímto lidoopem je to již druhá zkušenost, teď jsme věděli, že na to nárok nemáme, přišli jsme to jen zkusit, a slušně jsme se zeptali. Předtím to byla hračka rozbitá, takže to jsme se odbýt nenechali. Zkrátka sem již nikdy více, a doporučuji to všem!
We have already left a lot of money here and after today's experience I will not really get there. We wanted to return one toy that my son is unfortunately afraid of. The saleswoman had no problem, she just didn't return the money, which was clear, so we started choosing what else to buy. Then came some very primitive and unpleasant creature, supposedly a store manager (dark wavy hair, glasses).
We listened to us unpacking the unpacked toy there (we probably unpacked the lady, we showed the functionality), when we approached the cash register the toy was already packed, she just had to do it herself, although she didn't tell anyone she did it (of course I would pack it). After a long debate, we better got together and left.
This is the second experience with this ape, now we knew we weren't entitled to it, we just came to try it, and we asked politely. It used to be a broken toy, so we didn't let it go. In short, I've never been here again, and I recommend it to everyone!
