From here I drive to the center to the doctor and for shopping and it is a bus route to the airport and the Motol Hospital

Hradčanská forms the middle of three busy transfer transport hubs of the northern to northwestern side of Prague. The easternmost of them, Praha-Bubny - Vltavská, is still waiting for modern modifications and greater throughput, Praha-Veleslavín has been in operation for a relatively long time. Hradčanská connects the metro on line A, local trams, suburban bus lines and the Prague-Dejvice train station. I use it daily, either on the way to work on weekdays or on weekends for trips to the Prague surrounding. Except for minor outages, everything has been working flawlessly for the last 15 years.

Nice, clean metro station which also connects with the tram and bus services which are both above ground. Platforms and trains also spotlessly clean. If you are visiting Prague for three days or so, it is advisable to buy a three day travel card that covers metro, bus and tram. Currently, it costs CK315 or around £11.00. This station is the main interchange if you are visiting Prague Castle. If you have arrived on the metro, exit the metro station and head to the tram stop. Here the tram will take you to the castle.
