The church is mentioned already in 1587. The original building was demolished after the Thirty Years' War. The new church was built in 1713 by Count František Karel Záruba of Hustiřany. Since 1790, when the cemetery around the Church of St. Lawrence was abolished, St. Mark's Church became a cemetery church. It was repaired in 1930. The equipment of the single-nave, rectangular church with a semicircular presbytery is Baroque, from the 18th century. In the cemetery around the church there are several folk Empire tombstones from the 19th century.
