★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pani frnda za pultem nas poslala nekam protoze jsme meli jen peti koruny a vysmala se nam za to te jsme se zeptali jestli maj pohary. furia ani nemela terminál banska bystrica toto nema obdobo. vyzadujeme omluvu na namesti v 12 hodin zitra nebo bude zle.
 Mrs. Frnda sent us somewhere behind the counter because we only had five crowns and she laughed at us for asking us if they had cups. furia did not even have the terminal banska bystrica this has no equivalent. We require an apology on the square at 12 noon tomorrow or it will be bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme na návštěvě, dostali jsem chuť na ledovou kávu a pohár. Hodně jsme se těšili, ale byli jsme od začátku návštěvy velmi zklamání. Obsluha byla velmi nepříjemná až arogantní, např. při placení když každý chtěl platit zvlášť nám bylo oznámeno že je už je to spočítané dohromady, a že už to rozhodně nebude přepočítávat. Při objednávce ledové kávy nám oznámila že Vanilkovou zmrzlinu prostě nemá a že nám to něčím nahradí, káva byla naprosto odporná, a přístup personálu to ještě všechno zhoršil. Už opravdu nikdy více, a Vám dalším jí 100% nedoporučuji!!
We were visiting, we got a taste for iced coffee and a cup. We were looking forward to it, but we were very disappointed from the beginning of the visit. The service was very unpleasant and arrogant, for example, when paying when everyone wanted to pay separately, we were told that it is already counted together, and that it will definitely not recalculate. When ordering iced coffee, she informed us that she simply didn't have Vanilla ice cream and that she would replace it with something, the coffee was absolutely disgusting, and the approach of the staff made it all worse. Never really again, and I don't 100% recommend it to you others !!

Overpriced, small and baked cakes. Slow and confused service. The worst confectionery in the South Moravian Region. Definitely not recommended!
