I do not understand Mr. Čaputa's review, I have been coming to Mr. Vách from Switzerland for thirty years. He never left me in the lurch and I would never go elsewhere to repair or buy a guitar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis proběhl ve sjednaném termínu, byla dodržena předem dohodnutá cena i rozsah servisních úkonů. Kytara byla vyladěna přesně tak, jak jsem požadoval, seřízen dohmat, floyd rose tremolo zní nyní skvěle. Přístup ze strany této firmy velmi vstřícný, ochotný a rád zde zase přijdu. Upozorňuji, že hodnocení se týká pouze servisu, ne prodejny hudebních nástrojů, zde nemám žádnou zkušenost.
