★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reklamovala jsem zde zimní kožené boty naprosto bez problémů (rok od koupě, odparaná pata od podrážky). Paní prodavačka moc milá a ochotná. Hned se mnou vše vyřešila na místě. Doporučuji!
I complained about winter leather boots here without any problems (a year after purchase, the heel was evaporated from the sole). The saleswoman is very nice and helpful. She solved everything on the spot with me right away. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proste ostuda, dnes 15.10. přijdu pozdravim, odpověď žádná ,asi jsem špatně vychována, nezájem baví se spolu zaměstnanci, cca za 5 min dojde manžel a říká mi při odchodu .... je pozdravim a ani neotevrou ústa.... Odpovídám mě taky neřekli A ani B absolutní nezájem .... nechápu za co je platí . Bohužel tento přístup je stále stejný a vlastně nemám chuť si u nich cokoliv koupit. Opravdu ostuda
Simply a disgrace, today 15.10. I'll come and say hello, no answer, I guess I'm badly behaved, I'm not interested in having fun with the staff, in about 5 minutes my husband will come and tell me when I leave .... I'll greet them and I won't even open my mouth .... I don't answer either disinterest .... I don't understand what they are paying for. Unfortunately, this approach is still the same and I don't really want to buy anything from them. A real shame
