Personál je naprosto vstřícný a velmi proklientský. Určitě to nebyl můj poslední nákup zde v této prodejně. The Husky store is absolutely amazing. I have already bought clothes for the mountains here, but also for cycling. The staff is absolutely helpful and very pro-client. It was definitely not my last purchase here at this store.
T	Tauryell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto středu (27.4.) jsem na Zlínské pobočce Husky byla pro pár věci a krom zboží jež jsem zakoupila, musím vyzdvihnout prodavačku která mě obsluhovala ... už velmi dlouho jsem se nesetkala s tak vřelým a usměvavým přístupem jako tady :) This Wednesday (April 27) I was at the Zlín branch of Husky for a few things and in addition to the goods I bought, I have to pick up the saleswoman who served me ... I have not encountered such a warm and smiling approach like here for a very long time :)
R	Roman Jakub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V tomto obchodu jsem si chtěl koupit zimní bundu. Vážně jsem byl ochoten si ji tam koupit. Jenomže před tím, než jsem do obchodu šel, tak jsem se díval, abych měl představu, na Husky eshop. Cena bundy se na eshopu pohybovala kolem 3500 Kč, v obchodu stála kolem 5200 Kč. Paní prodavačka mně ji ochotně předvedla a sdělila výklad o vlastnostech bundy. Chtěl jsem se jí omluvit a odejít, protože rozdíl v ceně byl velký. Říkal jsem si, že si ji raději objednám přes eshop. Pak mně napadlo, že když jsem již tam, tak bych si bundu mohl vyzkoušet, abych nemusel do eshopu vracet zboží a znovu jej objednávat. Poprosil jsem paní prodavačku o velikost L. Ukázalo se, že potřebuji XL. Sedla perfektně. Pak jsem bundu paní prodavačce vrátil, s tím, že si ji omluvám, ale že si ji objednám na eshopu. A bylo po ochotě. Mrskala bundou po stole, vůbec neovládala emoce a na můj pozdrav na rozloučenou, nezareagovala. I wanted to buy a winter jacket in this store. I was really willing to buy it there. But before I went to the store, I looked, to have an idea, at the Husky e-shop. The price of the jacket at the e-shop was around CZK 3,500, and the store cost around CZK 5,200. The saleswoman willingly showed it to me and gave me an explanation of the characteristics of the jacket. I wanted to apologize to her and leave because the difference in price was big. I thought I would rather order it through the e-shop. Then it occurred to me that while I was there, I could try on the jacket so that I would not have to return the goods to the e-shop and order it again. I asked the saleswoman for size L. It turned out I needed an XL. The seats fit perfectly. Then I returned the jacket to the saleswoman, saying that I would apologize to her, but that I would order it at the e-shop. And it was willing. She flung her jacket across the table, controlled her emotions at all, and did not respond to my farewell greeting.
