Do roku 1946 byl kostel evangelický, po odsunu německých obyvatel jej převzala Církev československá husitská.
Built according to the design of the Zábřeh builder Karel Ilgner at the beginning of the 20th century. The rugged building in the neo-Gothic style has a floor plan of a cross, dominating a 45 meter high tower.
Until 1946, the church was evangelical, after the expulsion of the German population, it was taken over by the Czechoslovak Hussite Church.
