Vzhledem k velkému množství vody protékající domem z přilehlého svahu jsme se rozhodli pro celkovou hydroizolaci domu a oslovili jsme pana Oumrta. Po první konzultaci jsme věděli, že mu zakázku svěříme a udělali jsme správně. Všechny práce proběhli hladce a dům začal vysychat. Termíny, které jsme si domluvili, vždy dodržel. Po hledání firem jsme kontaktovali pana Jaroslava Oumrta, který nám dokázal problematiku rozumně vysvětlit, navrhnout optimální řešení a to poté v krátkém termínu i realizovat. Vždy jsme se mohli spolehnout na dohodnuté termíny, pan Oumrt také velmi flexibilně reagoval při následných potřebných dodělávkách, cena byla pevně stanovena a nebyla překročena. Na doporučení jsme oslovili pana Oumrta, který situaci ochotně zhodnotil a vysvětlil klady a zápory různých možných řešení. S ohledem na rozlohu objektu a finanční náročnost jsme se rozhodli pro podřezávku stěn a izolace podlah "do vany" nevíce problémové části objektu. Podřezání až 90cm tlustých cihelných a kamenných zdí bylo velmi náročné. Práce pana Oumrta byla velmi precizní, flexibilní a velmi rychlá s minimálním poškozením stěn vlivem sesedání stěn při podříznutí. Cena byla předem panem Oumrtem pevně stanovena na základě zaměření stěn a byla přesně dodržena. Velmi doporučuji oslovit pana Oumrta ještě před započetím prací na rekonstrukci starých objektů. S panem Oumrtem i jeho prací jsme byli velmi spokojeni.
