★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hyposervis opravdu stojí za svým názvem = profesionální a odborný servis v rámci celého procesu zprostředkování hypotéky a nejen to, dokáží poradit i s věcmi nad rámec samotné hypotéky. S manželkou jsme maximálně spokojeni a můžeme jenom doporučit. Jejich služeb určitě opět využijeme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oproti jiným hypotečním poradcům jsem zde byl překvapen jak široký záběr jejich služby obsahují - jejich pomoc nespočívala pouze ve vyřízení hypotéky, ale pomohli nám navíc i s odhadem ceny nemovitosti (při sjednávání ceny s prodejcem), zajistili nám pojištění nemovitosti (které bylo levnější než od pojišťováka) a několik dalších cenných rad.
Jejich zkušenosti se projevily i na celkové délce vyřízení hypotéky, která byla i v dnešní době hypo-šílenství velmi krátká a bez jediného zádrhelu.

This was my second mortgage with Hyposervis and again it was an effortless, smooth process where I got through Hyposervis quotes from all major mortgage providers, picked the one that suited my needs and in 6 weeks had the keys to the unit. Also got recommendations & deals for insurance and full admin support so I did not have to do anything - they sent everything to the land register, checked the contract/ legal side of the negotiation. Very happy with the service.
