R	Radka Bečková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pět hvězdiček je málo zasloužili by si 10 hvězdiček - Mamografický screening - Dr. Radek Beran a sestřičky včera provedli biopsii, byla jsem pro ně tvrdý oříšek /štíhlá postava /,ale dali si se mnou velikou práci.. Skvělý a milý přístup, usměvavý. Ve svém oboru profesionálové. Pacient je neobtěžuje svou práci dělají rádi..Poliklinika je přehledná, všechno co jsem potřebovala, tak jsem našla. Na provedeném odběru krve, opět skvělý tým a příjemný přístup k pacientům..Vřele doporučuji, protože Vás v tom samotnou nenechají.. Great and nice approach, smiling. Professionals in their field. The patient doesn't like to bother their work like that. The clinic is clear, everything I needed, so I found it. K	Kamila Süssmilchová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemné a čisté prostředí, toalety v přízemí pěkné, jako velké plus beru spuštění druhého výtahu, jen musí člověk šlapat tam a zpátky ke svému lékaři, ale pořád je tam dřív než čekat na výtah u lékárny. Zpátky jdu radši pěšky po schodech, protože bych se výtahu nedočkala ? Pleasant and clean environment, toilets on the ground floor nice, as a big plus I take the start of the second elevator, you just have to pedal back and forth to your doctor, but he is still there before waiting for the elevator at the pharmacy. I prefer to walk back up the stairs, because I wouldn't see an elevator ?

T	Talita Nader on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a Gynaecology patient at the Poliklinika for almost 2 years. I had some medical check ups done and had the opportunity to insert an IUD, which I had been planning to do. The service was generally good, but early 2020 I paid 2000kc in cash to have a lab test done (BRCA). The clinic took my money and never had my blood sample tested. At first they claimed that there was a mix up in the lab because of COVID, and so 3 months later I came in again for another sample and once again there was this magical mix up and I never got my results. As I had already left Karlovy Vary, I requested the doctor for my money back, as she is the only one who I am in touch with - the clinic doesn't have an email address, which is very convenient. She has been stalling me for almost one year now. It has become clear to me that I have been scammed by the clinic and, like every public or private service in the Czech Republic (in my unfortunate experience in this country), this is a dishonest place with petty professionals. 2000kc is a lot of money for me, and the BRCA was important to me, so I feel cheated in double. I understand the stress that the pandemic has caused everyone - I was also part of 2020!!! - but I think 1 year exchanging emails should be enough for a VERY simple reimbursement, at least. update: less than a week after posting this review, I got my money back. This has not affected my rating.
