I do not recommend. Moldy walls, wet ceilings, the smell in the apartment. Huge noise in the early morning and clutter in the area, dust .. (ongoing construction - allegedly in a quiet phase of construction). High rental price and down payment. The biggest disappointment is the absolutely horrible behavior on the part of the real estate agency. It is not possible to call, write, tap and when you find them on the phone, they will transfer you to another employee, of course without further response. However, it was enough to look at Google and everything was clear to me, in the former car workshop there will never be an ideal place to live, everything renovated, good-looking, but reality elsewhere. Avoid this company with an arc!

I warn all potential tenants against concluding a lease agreement with this real estate agency. Read their general terms and conditions carefully or bring in a lawyer. The hotel will cost you cheaper! And watch out for student rooms! Students, you better go to the boarding house, you will have peace of mind there and your parents will definitely cost less than in this thieving real estate! During a tour of the apartment, Mrs. Žáčková lied to 19-year-old students, saying that she understood how expensive subletting was and that it would not be a problem to end the lease as soon as they found something really student-friendly. Unfortunately, the boys did not get dormitories, so they were glad that they found some accommodation for a while. However, the boys signed the contract, I note a completely different apartment than they were looking at, but compared to what followed is just a small thing. The contract was, of course, for a limited period of time, and the boys did not read their general terms and conditions properly and, unfortunately, not even their parents. And beware, they are an integral part of the contract, so you have to find them on the Internet. Where you simply pay a fine for everything. So after a month and a half the boys wanted to leave the apartment and a big problem started. Nobody communicated with them. And I can confirm that, it is really quite an art to call them, they also do not respond to emails. Then the real estate lady told them that she had to pay two rents or find a replacement for herself. I couldn't stand it anymore and I exchanged a few opinions with the real estate lady, and in the end, instead of two rents, the boys had to pay one. Mrs. Žáčková, of course, claimed that she did not tell the boys anything like that it was a statement against the statement, but she did not come to terms with it !!! So living in a student apartment in September and October cost us 15,000 bail and 4 times 12000. I hereby warn everyone against this "usury" reality, they all just want to pluck and especially young and trusting students !!! And we waited for another 11 days for the signing of the agreement on termination and settlement by the executive. Absolutely unprofessional approach !!!! Avoid this office with a big arch or you will have big problems !!!

Absolutely bad agreement, unfinished apartments (construction work even during the lease, eg replacement of heating, electrical switchboards), unclear billing, high deposits and yet high energy fees (eg in the amount of half one month's rent) !!! From experience, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Except through a lawyer, but I still think it will cost you a lot of time, money and nerves. :(

I recommend. The cooperation is seamless, we have been renting the apartment for four months and we are very satisfied. At first I was a little afraid to work with this company, due to reviews, but it was in vain. The staff was considerate of us from the beginning. In addition, when you need some help, we don't have to wait for someone to find time to come to us, everyone is on site and any problems can be fixed quickly.

How to start ... The company offers new and old apartments. With old flats, you have to think about the condition, whether there will be moisture, etc. It is not always possible to catch it completely. Rather than supplying microwaves and kettles to apartments, I would recommend the owner to supply air dryers to older housing units. Price relatively adequate location. Also think carefully and reckon with the fact that you will simply overfill the energies, which are in the contract but low, during the autumn and winter months. The advantage is also a parking space for a very good price. Since Mrs. Šimáčková is in charge of some things, it is easier to call, but the communication is still quite hard. I'd rather not talk about e-mail communication from the helpline. If a defect occurs or a situation that needs to be resolved immediately, it simply happens that you do not call, do not write. They are also not always in the office. You can try any numbers, either do not answer or busy line. There will also be reasonable "apartment managers", but if I add up the pros and cons, next time I would choose elsewhere. In total, I would give the company 1 *, except for Mrs. Šimáčková and Mr. Dočkal, I would give them 5 *, they always did their best and came out to meet me. I recommend housing more to working people, who have some smaller reserves, if the amount of energy in the contract is overdrawn. I haven't met maladapted neighbors in the year I've lived here. The whole area is quiet and people, whether sleeping apartments or tenants, are decent and nice.
