★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší zkušenosti s firmou a servisem. Stroje jsou z Číny. Podle toho vypadá i jejich servis. Pan Kolenatý je velice neochotný. Tuto firmu už nikdy.
 The worst experience with the company and service. The machines are from China. This is what their service looks like. Mr. Knee is very reluctant. This company never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mne tato firma se snaží prodat pouze stroje. Se servisem je to hrůza, neochota. Servisní technik nejezdí do provozu, ale stroje se sváží na firmu, kde je "možná" někdo "pošteluje". Při servisu stroje nám stroj nefunguje správně i přesto, že jsme závádu popsali. Nevím zda vůbec k servisu došlo. Za mne již tato firma ne.
For me, this company tries to sell only machines. It's horrible with service, reluctance. The service technician does not go into operation, but the machines are tied to a company where "maybe" someone "mails" them. When servicing the machine, the machine does not work properly even though we have described the fault. I don't know if the service took place at all. Not this company for me anymore.
