★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pani na přepážce nepříjemná (bez jediného důvodu z naší strany). Dříve mi volal technik a komunikace s ním příjemná.
Je to už podruhé, co jsem nechával měnit baterii a pamatuji si, že ani předchozí interakce s paní na přepážce nebyla příjemná.
Jediný důvod, proč možná využiju znovu je protože to mám přes ulici.
-3* kvůli nepříjemnosti personálu.
The lady at the counter is uncomfortable (without a single reason on our part). I used to be called a technician and the communication with him was pleasant.
This is the second time I've had the battery changed and I remember that even the previous interaction with the lady at the counter was not pleasant.
The only reason I might use it again is because I have it across the street.
-3 * due to the inconvenience of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profesionální a rychlé jednání při výměně displeje. Netlačili mne do jiných oprav na telefonu, než o které jsem požádala. Když servismann zjistil, že mi u displeje chybí i tlačítko, zavolal a informoval, kolik stojí samotné tlačítko a zda jej chci také objednat. Displej funguje, vše v pořádku. Pokud budu mít v budoucnu problém s telefonem, určitě se obrátím na Vaši firmu. Velká spokojenost. Děkuji :)
Professional and fast action when replacing the display. They didn't push me to make any repairs on the phone other than the one I asked for. When the serviceman found out that I was missing a button on the display, he called and informed me how much the button itself cost and whether I wanted to order it as well. The display works, everything is fine. If I have a problem with my phone in the future, I will definitely contact your company. Great satisfaction. Thank you :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to iDirection with a jammed track pad. I work remotely so needless to say I was panicking quite a bit. I was told I would receive an email with a diagnoses of my computer by the end of the day. Unfortunately, their email went to my spam folder so I went to the store in person the next day. When I arrived, I was told that the email had informed me that I would need a $750 replacement keyboard/battery/trackpad. I was devastated, but when I opened up the computer and started playing around with the trackpad, it worked fine! Ultimately, their cleaning had solved the problem for a much more reasonable price of $70. So despite the miscommunication, the end result was just what I was hoping for and the staff were very friendly and spoke decent English. I would definitely recommend it.
