★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutečná arogance k zákazníkovi od pracovníka firmy poté, co jsem se jich prostřednictvím nabízeného chatu na jejich webových stránkách v neděli odpoledne slušně zeptal na postup při návštěvě schowroomu v době covidu. Pracovník uvedl místo odpovědi do emailu, že v neděli spí a tak nemůžou odpovídat a nepracují a ani neměl tu slušnost se podepsat. Tak proč jejich stránky v neděli chat nabízí a jak asi vypadají jejich dodávaná technologie, když si s tímhle nedovedou poradit? Vybral jsem si raději jiného dodavatele.
Incredible arrogance to the customer from a company employee after I politely asked them through the offered chat on their website on Sunday afternoon how to visit the schowroom during the covid. Instead of replying to the email, the employee stated that he was asleep on Sunday, so they could not answer and did not work, and he did not have the decency to sign. So why does their site offer chat on Sundays, and what does their supplied technology look like if they can't handle this? I chose another supplier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato spolecnost pravdepodobne funguje jen na papire po telefonu pan pusobil ospale a po jakez take konzultaci me odkazal na technika kdyz jsem chtel zda me cislo zasle pres sms uz se nikdo neozval. Neumim si predstavit resit s nima nejak problem. Urcite nic nekupovat neobjednavat a neservisovat a pozor maji jeste dalsi web coz je uplne stejne:-)
This company probably only works on paper on the phone, Mr. worked drowsily and after some such consultation he referred me to a technician when I wanted to see if the number would send me via SMS no one answered. I can't imagine solving a problem with them. Definitely do not buy anything, do not order or service and be careful they have another website which is exactly the same :-)

Vířivku mám už 3 roky a je všechno super (rotační trysky jsou fakt příjemné a suprově namasírují).
Výhoda je česká výroba (žádný problém sehnat náhradní díly nebo obstarat servis).
Určitě firmu a jejich vířivky doporučuji.
Very helpful staff who can handle everything.
I have had a whirlpool for 3 years and everything is great (rotating nozzles are really nice and massage very well).
The advantage is Czech production (no problem to get spare parts or get service).
I definitely recommend the company and their whirlpools.
