★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 10 minute drive from the Ikea. They offer some items in the main store that are warehouse d here. You pay in the main store then drive to this location for pickup. Once here it was only 2 minutes, in and out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to have a car, a bus pass by but when you come here I guess you ordered something of bigger size. The staff is very quick, we came in and within 5 minutes were out. The put your stuff on top of trolley so you can bring it to your car comfortably. There is waiting room and water dispenser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IKEA is just not for everyone I guess. After finding out, that a piece of furniture I was looking to buy at IKEA Zlicin is to be picked up at an external warehouse just outside Prague, even though being stamped as "In stock" at Zlicin, I drove there. There is no one in particular to help customers with loading the goods, and the loading ramp is downhill so your trolley happily drives away into distance, while you're doing the heavy lifting. Clearly IKEA has realized that their customers are just sheeple that will take all kinds of crxp.
