M	Marek Čáp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEPROFESIONÁLNÍ a AROGANTNÍ chování pana Marka Šnaida. Pokud vám chce pronajmout byt aby z vás měl peníze, není problém. Ve chvíli, kdy chcete odstoupit od smlouvy, začne se ohánět argumenty které jsou v rozporu s Občanským zákoníkem a dokonce po vás chce, abyste dělali prohlídky bytu vy sami. Není s ním domluva a vrchol jeho jednání je, že vám "sekne" s telefonem a odmítá se bavit! Absolutně IKON NEDOPORUČUJI! UNPROFESSIONAL and AROGANT behavior of Mr. Marek Šnaid. If he wants to rent you an apartment to make money from you, no problem. The moment you want to withdraw from the contract, the arguments that are in conflict with the Civil Code begin to flaunt and he even wants you to do inspections of the apartment yourself. J	Jana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerná společnost. Pro naše SVJ provádí správu budovy a komunikace s nimi je až absurdně nefunkční. Neodpovídají na emaily, nebo odpoví po opakovaných upomínkách za x týdnů. Přitom si jejich služby platíme, proto bych očekávala zákaznický servis, kde se Vám alespoň do jednoho týdne příslušný pracovník ozve, že je Váš požadavek alespoň zpracováván a bude vyřízen do xy. Musím se přiznat, že horší komunikaci jsem s žádnou společností ještě nikdy nezažila. Když se zeptáte vedoucího, proč jemu podřízený pracovník neodpovídá na emaily a zda by mi tedy mohl odpovědět on, vynadá Vám a je agresivní. Očekávala bych alespoň slušné a nikoli útočné jednání. Také jsme tam kdysi volali naší přidělené pracovnici, která se na telefonu nechala zapřít kolegyní sedící vedle ní, takže bylo slyšet, že na místě je, ale nechce s námi mluvit, což nám přišlo trapné. Proto navrhnu našemu SVJ, abychom odhlasovali změnu dodavatele (dle mých informací nejsem jediná, kdo měl podobnou zkušenost) a s touto společností ukončili spolupráci. Terrible society. When you ask a manager why a subordinate does not reply to his emails and whether he could answer me, he scolds you and is aggressive. I would expect at least decent and not offensive behavior. We also once called our assigned worker there, who had her colleague sitting next to her on the phone denied, so it was heard that she was there, but she didn't want to talk to us, which we found awkward. Therefore, I propose to our SVJ that we vote for a change of supplier (according to my information, I am not the only one who had similar experience) and end the cooperation with this company.

Po převzetí dokumentu od bývalého správce našeho domu funguje společnost Ikon bravurně. Příjemná změna. Děkujeme. AV I like that in case of an accident, one can call during the weekend. S obnoveným technickým oddělením se spolupracuje opravdu dobře. Hledá se především řešení a ne výmluvy. Zde se cítí být klient opravdu partnerem a ne jen plátcem faktur. Absolute satisfaction with the services provided. Pro-client approach, maximum effort to solve specified requirements. It works really well with the renewed technical department. It is primarily a solution, not an excuse. Here, the client really feels like a partner and not just a payer of invoices.

Odpovědi na e-maily trvají několik dní ( většinou týden ) i to se musím připomenout, telefon zvednout málokdy a reklamace se řeší pomalu půl roku a o zaslání dokumentů ani neříkám. Jak takto můžou fungovat správci nemovitostí ? V telefonu byli sice zdvořilí, ale argumenty spíš zněli jako výmluvy. Co jsem našel recenze na jiné společnosti, určitě by se jejich práce dala zrychlit a zlepšit. Na všechno mají straaaašně moc času. Možná má někdo lepší zkušenost, ale ja bohužel ne. Bad communication. Responses to e-mails take several days (usually a week) and I must remind you, pick up the phone rarely and complaints are resolved slowly for half a year and I do not even say about sending documents. How can property managers work like this? They were polite on the phone, but the arguments sounded more like an excuse. What I have found reviews of other companies, their work could definitely be speeded up and improved. They have a lot of time for everything. Maybe someone has a better experience, but unfortunately I don't.

Connected, as obviously, are several services including, top important nowadays, cleaning & sanitization. Several foreign languages spoken. Update. Several side services including management of house associations & accounting.
