★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásné místo pro aktivní odpočinek na kraji přírodní rezervace. Místo je vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi, jde zde jezdit na kole, koloběžce, inline bruslích, kolečkových lyžích. Stejně tak je to a ale příjemné místo pro obyčejné procházky. Zvláště scenérie při východu a západu slunce jsou zde úchvatné. Areál je vybaven dobrým asfaltovým povrchem a třemi odpočívadly. V létě bylo v provozu v jednom místě i občerstvení s dětským koutkem (letos 2022 je zatím uzavřené). Je to také pěkně výchozí místo pro procházku na přírodní koupaliště Poděbrady.
 A beautiful place for active recreation on the edge of a nature reserve. The place is suitable for families with children, you can go cycling, scooters, inline skates, roller skiing. It is the same and but a pleasant place for ordinary walks. Especially the scenery at sunrise and sunset is breathtaking here. The area is equipped with a good asphalt surface and three rest areas. In the summer, there was also a snack bar with a children's corner in one place (this year 2022 it is still closed). It is also a nice starting point for a walk to the natural swimming pool Podebrady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hejčínské louky navštěvuji pravidelně ať už se psem, na kole či na bruslích. In-line stezka nabízí rovný, nenarušený asfalt, široké cesty mezi poli a stromy.
I visit Hejčín meadows regularly, whether with a dog, by bike or on skates. The in-line trail offers straight, undisturbed asphalt, wide paths between fields and trees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkné místo pro sportování v přírodě na kvalitní asfaltové cestě jediné v čem je problém tak jsou neohleduplní pejskaři.
Nice place for outdoor sports on a quality asphalt road the only thing is the problem so are non-spectacular dog owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedná se o klidné místo vhodné pro veškeré volnočasové aktivity (in-line brusle,běh,kolo nebo třeba jen procházka se psem, kočárkem). Stezka má tvar osmičky, ale jezdí se spíš menší okruh z důvodu nerovnosti na asfaltu díky kořenům stromů. Delší okruh měří 3,2 kilometrů a kratší 2,9 kilometrů. Stezka míjí střelnici kde se nachází bystro s venkovním posezením, ale nevím otvírací dobu, jestli je jen sezónní. Přes in-line stezku se dá na kole dostat k přírodnímu koupališti Poděbrady. K dispozici jsou tu dvě parkoviště z každé strany jedno.
It is a quiet place suitable for all leisure activities (in-line skating, running, bike or just a walk with a dog, stroller). The trail has an eight figure, but rather a smaller circuit because of the unevenness of the asphalt due to the roots of the trees. The longer circuit measures 3.2 kilometers and shorter 2.9 kilometers. The trail passes the shooting range where it is located with its outdoor seating, but I do not know the opening hours if it is only seasonal. Through the in-line trail you can get to the natural swimming pool Poděbrady by bike. There are two car parks on each side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its peaceful here surrounding with green fields and flowers of spring season. I usually take rest here after a running in the morning, before I return.
Edit: You can find many active souls running in the chilling morning of winter.
