★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V pondělí jsem volal kvůli reklamaci ledničky Indesit s tím, že se mi do 2 dnů ozve servisní technik. Do čtvrtka se nikdo neozval. Přes další dvě telefonní čísla jsem se dostal až k firmě, která by měla opravu provádět a zde mi bylo řečeno, že o ničem nevědí. Nevím, kde se stala chyba...
On Monday I called for a Indesit fridge complaint and I would be called by a service technician within 2 days. Until Thursday no one answered. Over the next two phone numbers I got to the company that should repair and here I was told that they do not know anything. I do not know what went wrong...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto nefunkční zákaznický servis. Zákaznická linka odkazuje na to, abyste napsali email, na každé volbě! Uvedený telefon na firmu neexistuje. Potřebuji poradit s provozem zakoupeného výrobku. Už jen kvůli tomu bych příště zn. Indesit nekoupila.
Absolutely non-functional customer service. The customer line links you to write an email on every choice! The specified business phone does not exist. I need advice on the operation of the purchased product. Just because of that, I would not buy the Indesit brand next time.
