Lerchem,který je jediným pracovníkem této firmy.Dohodli jsme se na konzultaci,když jede k sousedům.Prisel dříve,doma byla jen babička.Po telefonu jsme se domluvili na tom,ze kdyby byla nutná oprava,udělá se výměna ventilu po sezone. Nez jsem za 15 minut došla,topeni už "bylo opraveno",přitom jen čekal,nic nedělal,ano,sahl na ventil,který byl zatuhnuty..Už měl pro mě nachystany PPD na 1000kc, a když jsem řekla,že jsme byli dohodnutí na případné opravě po sezoně,že toto teď platit nebudu,že zaplatím za dopravu a případně symbolickou částku poměrnou času strávenému u nas.Rekl,že bere 1000Kc za hodinu. Tak jsem říkala, že tady pracoval 5 minut a přišel v jeho nohu než sjednanou dobuP.Lerche velice naléhal,že zaplatit musím.Ze si mohu poté podat reklamaci - kterou ovšem vyřizuje sám,tak si asi umíte představit,jak tento neseriózní člověk rozhodne.Uz ho nechci nikdy vidět,jde mu jen o peníze,domluvy nedodržuje. He already had PPD ready for 1000kc for me, and when I said we were agreed on a possible repair after the season, that I will not pay this now, that I will pay for transportation and possibly a symbolic amount of proportional time spent with us. So I said that he worked here for 5 minutes and came in his leg than the agreed timeP.Lerche strongly urged that I have to pay.There I can then file a claim - which, of course, handles itself, so you can imagine how this unreliable person decides. I never want to see him again, he just wants the money, he doesn't keep the deal.

Oprava proběhla tak rychle jako by se nic nestalo, vypracovali nám zpravu pro pojištovnu s fotografiemi. Děkuji. Za mě osobně můžu doporučit.
