★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna z nejlepších posiloven široko daleko. Dostatek místa, boxovací pytel, schody, běžecké pásy, rotopedy, lana, dostatek strojů a příslušenství, jednoruční činky až do 60 kg, stojany na dřepy, multipress, ripstol, hrazdy - no všechno ;)
One of the best gyms by far. Plenty of space, punching bag, stairs, treadmills, exercise bikes, ropes, plenty of machines and accessories, one-handed dumbbells up to 60 kg, squat stands, multipress, ripstol, bars - well everything;)

Začal bych plusy tohoto fitka:
+ Opravdu velké prostory
+ Spousta jednoruček a polohovatelných lavek
+ Velké množství pásů a schody (holky ocení)
+ Relativně velké šatny
+ Sálové lekce
+ Dobrá cena
+ Kvalitní trenérské služby (Pavel Nožička, Martin Horký)
Negativa:
- Stroje značky Vita hodné sběrných surovin
- Osvětlení prostor (když prijdete z jiného fitka, přijde vám, že cvičíte ve sklepě)
- Sprchy
- Malé množství kotoučů (pokud cvičíte s většími váhami na základních cvicích, tak se hodně nachodíte po fitku sbíráním kotoučů)
Abych to shrnul, jedná se o dobrou posilku, ale kdo rád cvičí na strojích, tak si je zde moc neužije, páč jejich kvalita a seřízení na tom moc dobře nejsou (Stejné stroje mají i v Relax 21, ale tam jsou bez jediného problému). Pokud cvičíte bez strojů, tak vám zde nic chybět nebude, až na kotouče.

+ Relatively large locker rooms
+ Hall lessons
+ Good price
+ Quality coaching services (Pavel Nožička, Martin Horký)
Negative:
- Vita brand machines worthy of collecting raw materials
- Room lighting (when you come from another gym, you feel like you are exercising in the basement)
- Showers
- A small number of discs (if you exercise with more weight on basic exercises, you will go to the gym a lot by collecting discs)
To sum it up, it is a good reinforcement, but those who like to train on machines will not enjoy them much here, because their quality and adjustment are not very good (the same machines have in Relax 21, but they are there without a single problem) . If you train without machines, you will not miss anything here, except for the reels.
