C	Cathy Stafford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here twice. The first time was fine. I asked about some sights to see and the lady promptly and kindly gave me a pamphlet and a map. I would have rated it a 5 at that point. However, I returned later in the day and asked if there was a bakery in town. She said no, there wasn't any bakery. I left and as I was heading back to my room I was looking around for a place that might sell some kind of baked treat when I came across a cafe that had cheesecakes, cake, muffins, croissants cookies, coffee, etc. located just a five minute walk from the visitor center. Ok, maybe it wasn't a 'bakery', but it had plenty of baked goods! As a visitor, I guess I would expect the people working in the "visitor center" to have knowledge of local shops and restaurants.
A	Avi Shek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best help that you can expect from Czechs. This is the located just comfortably to the center of Krumlov. Surrounded by a big hyperbolic arena, next to police station and museum of torture. Inside the office 3 staffs were sitting and they are comfortable in speaking English, which is far expected from locals (I stayed at a place, where the owner can't understand or speak English, not even Deutsch). The lady, who served me here was thorough with her job and helpful. They can book Taxis for you if you wish. There is a luggage room, where you can keep your luggage barely @ 1£, from 9 A.M. till 5 in the evening. Which is extremely helpful, if you're carrying your strollyes. They also have a counter for exchanging your $/€/£, but at a relatively tight rate!
A	Anumita Ghosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady sitting at the counter was very helpful. Hailed a cab for me to the hotel. One can also park their luggage @1€ per piece for a day. They close at 1800hrs and open at 900hrs. So plan accordingly.
D	Dasmeet Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can keep your luggage here for a very reasonable fee. There are no individual lockers but a locked room to keep your bags. Quite safe. You can also book your shuttle etc here. Very helpful. Don't forget to ask them about the free English walking tour of Cesky Krumlov. It's an amazing way to explore this town.
J	Jana Krištanová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approach and services that you really need as a tourist in overly touristic place. Right in the city center and with services that the tourists use. Me and my friend asked for luggage storage, as we wanted to walk at the streets of historical center without out backpacks. The lady behind the cash was very friendly, explained us how does it work, including opening ours of the info-center. The storage of one bag costs 50 crowns per day. Storage room is outside of info-center main room so the shop assistant went with us to store out luggage and later to pick it up. One disadvantage is opening time of the place. It would be nice to have the longer times, or to be able to pick the luggage up when we need it to.
