A nice information center in Týn nad Vltavou, a guide took us underground, which is both a bit dry and water, wider places alternate with narrow streets, and there were only six of us. In total, the route is 320 m long.

Vchod do zdejšího infocentra najdete na boční (západní) straně arcibiskupského zámku - dnešního muzea a městské knihovny. Kromě klasické nabídky stran ubytování, turistických cílů, příměstské dopravy tu můžete zakoupit suvenýry, turistické známky a vizitky i některé publikace ohledně historie města a regionu. Prostory poskytovaly i bezpečný úkryt. Možná tu probíhala i těžba dosud neurčeného nerostu v dobách před založením města. The entrance to the local information center can be found on the west side of the archbishop's castle - today's museum and city library. In addition to the classic offer of accommodation, tourist destinations, suburban transport, you can buy souvenirs, tourist stamps and still more popular wander cards, as well as some publications on the history of the city and the region. But first of all, you can buy a ticket for tours of the city underground, which also start here. The origin of the whole system of underground passages hand-dug in the rock is estimated for the period between the 14th and 16th centuries. The origin has not yet been fully clarified. It was originally intended to serve as a system for retaining drinking water. However, escape corridors from the city probably led here in case of danger. The premises also provided a safe haven. Perhaps the extraction of an undetermined mineral took place here in the times before the founding of the city. The sightseeing route is approximately 320 meters long, and several blind branches branch off from the main route. During the tour you will get to the area of two wells with drinking water, to an artificial lake, interesting are the traces of punching tools on the walls or the unfinished ascent of the corridor to the surface of the so-called fracture. During the cleaning of the underground, shards from the 15th to the 18th century and iron bullets from firearms were found here. The corridors are very narrow and not too high, sometimes only 120 centimeters. Therefore, the examination is not recommended for people suffering from claustrophobia. Before the tour, they will equip you with a raincoat, rubber boots, a safety helmet and a flashlight. The maximum number of visitors per tour is 10 people. Tickets can be reserved at the box office of the Municipal Museum. The underground is accessible from May to October, before visiting I recommend looking at the website.

Web nic, fb nic. Zodpovědnost 0. Laksnost levelu 100.
Dear founder, unfortunately I do not have a oracle of ball from which I would learn that you will use the most embarrassing excuse for closed ICs in the form of paper on the door. Web nothing, fb nothing. Responsibility 0. Low level 100.

Dne 17.8.jsme šli z infocentra do podzemí.Neuvěřitelně milé a ochotné prodavačky a mladší z nich nás provedla podzemím. Toalety krásné a čisté.Pak jsme navštívili Rozhlednu a Přirodovědné muzeum Semenec????
On August 17, we went from the information center to the underground. Incredibly nice and helpful saleswomen and the younger of them took us underground. First we had to leave our handbag in a locked locker room. made of wire as a model, if we go through the underground at all. The underground is short, narrow, but thanks to the attractive and informative interpretation of the girl we did not mind. we visited the Lookout Tower and the Natural History Museum Semenec????
