The lady is reluctant and provides misinformation. Because of it, we left the bikes in Srní and walked the circuit, which is perfect for bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hezky zařízené infocentrum, velký výběr suvenýrů, paní také celkem ochotná, že by mohla dostat i 4.5 hvězdy, jen ten úsměv chyběl. Ale velká nabídka letáčků, informace dohledala a rádi se vrátíme. Velké množství štítků na hůl. Plyšáků s místní tématikou. Čokoláda typuvtypu kočičí a dalsi bobky pro děti :), pohledy, známky.
Nicely furnished information center, a large selection of souvenirs, the lady is also quite willing to get 4.5 stars, only the smile was missing. But a large selection of leaflets, information found and we will be happy to return. Lots of labels on a stick. Plush toys with a local theme. Cat-type chocolate and other bay leaves for children :), postcards, stamps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekompetentní a neochotna starší paní, evidentne ji obtěžují lidé, nemá v informačním centru co dělat. Podává zcela nepravdivé a zavádějící informace!
An incompetent and reluctant older lady, she is obviously harassed by people, she has nothing to do in the information center. It gives completely false and misleading information!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní neochotná - chtěli jsme info o mravenčí stezce - čekali jsme nějakou mapku bohužel nic není - paní řekla u pumpy je totem a hotovo - dala bych nulu ale ta tu není
Lady reluctant - we wanted info about the ant trail - we were waiting for a map unfortunately there is nothing - the lady said there is a totem at the pump and I'm done - I would give zero but it's not here

Nejsou k dispozici téměř žádné materiály o místě a o Šumavě, jen pár německých letáků o německé straně Šumavy.
