★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infocentrum poskytuje i služby kopírování, skenování a tisk, což je fajn, nicméně by to chtělo větší proškolení obsluhy přístroje. Při požadavku na skenování, se ani nezeptala zda chci barevně nebo černobíle a automaticky naskenovala černobíle i přesto, že jsem jí dal barevný dokument. Když jsem to zjistil (naštěstí ješte na parkovišti) a vrátil se zpět s žádostí o nápravu, obsluha otráveně odvětila, že ani nekoukala, zda je to barevné. Druhý pokus už byl barevný ale dokument naskenovaný vzhůru nohama. Proboha! Jsou to drobnosti, ale je to placená služba a toto zbytečně komplikuje život.
The information center also provides copying, scanning and printing services, which is nice, but it would require more training for the operator. When asked to scan, she didn't even ask if I wanted color or black and white and automatically scanned in black and white even though I gave her a color document. When I found out (fortunately still in the parking lot) and returned with a request for redress, the staff replied annoyed that they hadn't even looked to see if it was colored. The second attempt was already a color but a document scanned upside down. God! It's a trifle, but it's a paid service and this complicates life unnecessarily.
