★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál ochotný pomoci, spousta informací o Šternberku a blízkém okolí, včetně regionálních publikací a výrobků, služby kopírování, tisku, nabíjení mobilů, internetu apod. Jako zpestření si můžete pravidelně prohlédnout tématické výstavy. Je zde také redakce Šternberských listů.
Staff willing to help, lots of information about Šternberk and its surroundings, including regional publications and products, copying, printing, mobile phone charging, internet, etc. As a variation, you can regularly see themed exhibitions. There is also an editorial Sternberg sheets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úplně k ničemu, v době kdy bych předpokládal návštěvu turistů mají zavřeno, nechtějte po obsluze radu nebo pomoc - to přeci v informačním centru nemůžete chtít, tam se kupují jen černý atd.
Absolutely useless, at the time when I would expect a visit from tourists are closed, do not ask the staff for advice or help - you can not want that in the information center, they buy only black, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turistická informační centra ve všech městech se berou jako samozřejmost (to také je) a všeobsažné služby turistické veřejnosti. Toto šternberské, aspoň podle recenzí soudě, moc hodnotících "hvězdiček" nepobralo. Já jsem měl patrně štěstí, případně měl požadavky v jakési všeobecně uznávané toleranci, takže moje hodnocení je SPOKOJENOST.
Je mi jasné, že za takové veskrze pozitivní hodnocení sklidím kritiku, ale co už. Takže ať se vám daří.
Tourist information centers in all cities are taken for granted (that is also the case) and comprehensive services of the tourist public. This Sternberg, at least according to a court review, did not receive much of the "star" ratings. I was probably lucky, or had requirements in a kind of generally accepted tolerance, so my rating is SATISFACTION.
It is clear to me that I will reap criticism for such a completely positive evaluation, but what else. So good luck to you.
