★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 20. 8. 2020 dopoledne jsme navštívili toto infocentrum a byli jsme v šoku nad chováním paní prodavačky. Poprosila jsem jí o podání keramických náprstků, abych se mohla podívat zblízka, co je na nich za obrázky, a ona se mnou začala debatovat o tom, že je přeci musím vidět, i když je má vyrovnané v regálu za sebou. A tak to bylo se vším, o co jsme jí poprosili. Takhle nepříjemnou obsluhu jsme ještě nezažili, a to informační centra navštěvujeme po celé republice pravidelně. :-(
On the morning of August 20, 2020, we visited this information center and were shocked at the behavior of the saleswoman. I asked her to give her ceramic thimbles so I could take a closer look at the pictures on them, and she began debating with me that I had to see them, even though she had them aligned on the shelf behind her. And so it was with everything we asked her to do. We have never experienced such unpleasant service, and we regularly visit information centers throughout the country. :-(

В лыжных сапогах пришлось подниматься два этажа.
Арендовали лыжи и не проверили их, катались по детской трассе, лыжи поцарапались о лёд. За одну царапину 500 крон. Хотя нам не известно, если это наш косяк ??♀️
Администратор сказал: «ну если это тут и было, мы уже этого не узнаем».
Это очень неприятно ?
Terribly disliked!
In ski boots, I had to climb two floors.
We rented skis and did not check them, rode on the children's track, the skis were scratched on the ice. For one scratch, CZK 500. Although we do not know if this is our joint ??♀️
The administrator said: "Well, if it was here, we will not know it."
This is very frustrating ?
