Byla postavena v roce 1887 lovosickým statkářem Franzem Pfannschmidtem a od roku 1948 sloužila jako Ústav národního zdraví. Její prostory lékaři opustili až v roce 2009. Do majetku města Lovosic přešla budova v roce 1991, ale nebylo vyhověno žádostem o poskytnutí dotací na revitalizaci budovy. V roce 2012 schválilo tedy město přijetí dlouhodobého úvěru na rekonstrukci této své nejstarší historické budovy. Vila slouží ke kulturně-společenským účelům - kromě IC tu najdete i městskou knihovnu. Jen je škoda, že mimo sezónu nejsou prostředky udržet infocentrum v chodu v sobotu alespoň do 17 h. The beautifully situated infocenter near the square can be found in the renovated Pfannschmidt villa in the "Osvoboditelů" street. It was built in 1887 by a farmer by Franz Pfannschmidt and since 1948 has served as the Institute of National Health. The doctors was occupying it´s premises until 2009. The property was transferred to the town of Lovosice in 1991, but was not met with requests for subsidies for the revitalization of the building. In 2012, the city accepted the long-term credit for the reconstruction of this oldest historic building. The villa is used for cultural and social purposes - in addition to the IC, you can also find the city library. It's just a shame that out of season there is no means to keep the Infocenter running on Saturdays at least until 5pm.
