★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V cervnu 2021 jsem objednal kontrolu a cisteni kominu+montaz dvou strisek. Kontrola kominu probehla v srpnu 2021 standardne papirove, mel jsem vycisteno svepomoci. Montaz strisek neprobehla, protoze panove nebyli pripraveni. Pan Fidler prislibil dodatecnou montaz. At se pripomenu za mesic.
Po nekolika mesicnim pripominani byl dnes 25.11.2021 domluven termiin montaze.
Po marnem cekani na montaz.jsem telefonoval panu Fidlerovi, zda na me nezapomel. Sdelil mi, ze dnes to nebude. Nacez jsem chtel vedet kdy to tedy bude a on me dosti hulvatskym zpusobem odbyl. Vysledek byl, ze je to pro nej bezvyznamna zakazka. Zeptal jsem se, jesti tatkto "hulvatsky" jedna se zakazniky z Lyse? Odpovedel, ze ano a zavesil telefon.
Osobne tedy pana Fidlera nedoporucuji. Pracuje pouze formou "rychle prachy" tj. Poslat mailem predvyplnenou konzrolni zpravu a ostatni veci pro zakazniky neresit.
Pokud chcete pouze papir, tak dobra volba za 5*. Pokud chcete praci a zodpovednost, tak 0*
In June 2021, I ordered an inspection and cleaning of the chimney + installation of two sprayers. The chimney was inspected in August 2021 by standard paper, I had to clean my self-help. The slag assembly did not take place because the gentlemen were not ready. Mr. Fidler promised additional assembly. Let me remember in a month.
After several months of reminders, the date of the meeting was agreed today, November 25, 2021.
After waiting in vain for montaz.js, I called Mr. Fidler to see if he had forgotten about me. He told me it wouldn't be today. I then wanted to know when it would be, and he turned me off in a rather vulgar way. The result was that it was an insignificant job for her. I asked, is this "hulvat" one with Lyse customers? He said yes and hung up.
So I personally do not recommend Mr Fidler. It works only in the form of "fast money", ie send a pre-filled console message by e-mail and do not solve other things for customers.
If you only want paper, then a good choice for 5 *. If you want work and responsibility, then 0 *
