★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Projekt byl předán neúplný a na stavební úřadu se zasekl. Pan Kočí už s námi dva měsíce nekomunikuje a to nám má ještě předat Výkaz výměr a dokončit část projektu na druhé části domu. S projektem se začalo v březnu 2018. Jakmile se dokončí napíši to sem.
The project was handed over incomplete and got stuck at the building office. Mr. Kočí has not been communicating with us for two months, and he has yet to hand us the Statement of Areas and complete part of the project on the other part of the house. The project started in March 2018. Once it is finished, I will write it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Projekt dodán ve špatném provedení, pro stavební úřad absolutně neadekvátní, řešíme již 10 měsíců protože u každého institutu vždy byly nějaké nedostatky. Co se týče pana Kočího tak k tomu nemám co říct, nezvedá telefony, nevolá zpět nebýt jeho kolegy pana Eliáše tak nemáme dosud nic. Bohužel tuto firmu bych už nedoporučila nikomu. A může se tu hájit pan Kočí jak chce ale není to pro mě profesionál. Když něco dělám tak to dělám pořádně a dotahuji věci do konce . Panu Eliáši chci poděkovat za ochotu a velkou časovou flexibilitu.

And Mr. Kočí can defend himself here as he wants but he is not a professional for me. When I do something I do it properly and drag things to the end. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S panem Kočím máme velmi dobré zkušenosti, vždy nám se vším pomohl a kompletně vše vyřídil, projekt, rozpočet, stavební povolení, zelenou úsporám a dohled na stavbě, za nás tedy velká spokojenost. Když chce člověk kvalitu, musí si umět počkat na odborníka. Drobnosti jsme řešili s panem Eliášem, se kterým byla spolupráce téže výborná. Můžeme jedině doporučit.
