V průběhu rekonstrukce účast nejen na kontrolních dnech, ale i operativní řešení situací po dobu výstavby, s převzetím zodpovědnosti za vedení stavby z pozice technického dozoru investora. Přehled, zkušenost, cit pro věc a celkový nadhled bylo přesně to, co jsme hledali a díky panu architektovi našli. Absolutely perfect cooperation in all aspects, whether it was the initial idea of how to grasp the reconstruction, through the processing of subsequent variants of the solution, taking into account our requirements. During the reconstruction, participation not only in control days, but also the operative solution of situations during the construction, taking over the responsibility for the management of the construction from the position of technical supervision of the investor. The overview, the experience, the feeling for the matter and the overall overview were exactly what we were looking for and, thanks to the architect, found.
M	Monty Bezdíček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zatím jsme v procesu práce na projektu rekonstrukce našeho bytu, ale už teď je jasné, že je velmi dobrá komunikace s panem architektem a není problém se domluvit na spoustě věcí domluvit a má spoustu zajímavých nápadů, jak využít prostor našeho bytu. Naštěstí je přístupný i naším nápadům a požadavkům, takže i když se občas neshodneme na tom, co se nám líbí, tak nakonec jsme se vždycky dostali ke kompromisu, kdy řešení vypadá funkčně a zároveň se nám líbí. Hlavně je ale výhodou, že má kolem sebe tým dalších odborníků, takže se daří řešit všechny otázky a detaily projektu a jsem tedy se službami spokojený. Bohužel pak při řešení samotné realizace se ukázalo, že sice byl projekt zpracovaný do detailu, ale ze stavebního hlediska některá řešení nedávala smysl a nebyla použitelná a taky provedená sonda na zjištění možnosti odstranění příček byla provedena špatně (ale to se prý jednalo o extra službu bez záruky, ale i tak se s tím počítalo a pak se během probíhající rekonstrukce muselo měnit finální rozložení bytu). We are still in the process of working on a project of reconstruction of our apartment, but it is already clear that there is very good communication with the architect and it is not a problem to agree on a lot of things to agree and has a lot of interesting ideas on how to use the space of our apartment. Fortunately, it is also open to our ideas and requirements, so even if we sometimes disagree on what we like, in the end we always come to a compromise where the solution looks functional and at the same time we like it. But the main advantage is that he has a team of other experts around him, so he manages to solve all the questions and details of the project and I am therefore satisfied with the services. Unfortunately, when solving the implementation itself, it turned out that although the project was elaborated in detail, but from a construction point of view some solutions did not make sense and was not usable and also a probe to determine the possibility of removing partitions was done poorly (but it was said to be an extra service without guarantees, but even so it was taken into account and then during the ongoing reconstruction had to change the final layout of the apartment).
