They gave Vilimek a defective batch of paving, but rather than face the complaint, they would rather let the complaint go to court instead of a solid negotiation, discussion of peace or settlement. As soon as it is an order, they will reply immediately, with payment 100% in advance, but they do not want to solve problems. The request for the delivery of the sample did not reach us, we offered the shipment (or collection by you). I think that the delivered photo of the broken paving was eloquent enough ... However, we still have samples on the construction site, if you arrange collection, we will be happy to provide part. If you have ever been on a construction site, you know that it is impossible to stop the work of floorers and related crafts due to the fact that the tiles are not suitable and wait a month or two for another batch to be delivered (or remove and replace tiles, wait for assessment, etc.). We worked with what was, due to meeting the subsequent construction deadlines, because we had confirmed from you that you delivered this paving to another customer, where there was the same problem ... we believed that you would face it then. . We hired a tiler who has 15 years of experience in orders for Mr. Arch. Labus with the highest requirements for quality and visual results, and although he tested several diamond cutting discs, it always broke off ... He was more bad than us, never he has not experienced such debt behavior. Your arguments are misleading !!! You said a different thing about the phone, and that was that you tested the corners on a new batch, which no longer showed a problem. We saw the compensation in the form of a discount on the following delivery of other goods as advantageous for both parties. You give a discount, we accept low-quality material without a complaint = fair, let's say a business solution ... Again without a response and no effort to act ... I worked for a while in the complaints department and always preferred business approach to the customer and trying to settle before lose the customer. Not a single answer on your part, but rather an effort to let the thing go away and relying on the customer to keep his mouth and step. However, this is not the way to correct the business environment in the Czech Republic. No one in Germany would allow such a thing. And to pay ... you will never deliver the goods without having paid for 100% of the order, including shipping, the 50% deposit is your understandable "sichr". We do not recommend it, try another supplier, they are really quite willing.

Avoid the company with an arc, an incredibly long delivery time (2 months instead of the promised 21 days), confusion whether the goods eventually have or do not, will send a quiet tracking number of the package that does not exist. When the tile bale arrived, it was strangely tangled in tape and broken. Complaints in the sense of we will return 60 CZK and hi. What about me now with a tile that won't work for me. Unless you throw away and buy from another company where I work better! to add that the tiles were quite expensive so they have defects and irregular color

Unfortunately, after ordering, the pallet arrived with a completely different tiling. Lengthy communication via e-mail only. That's why I loaded the car tiles with great glory and drove 300 km of goods to personally complain about. Where everything went well.
