★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S prací realitního makléře jsem byl velice spokojen, schůzka s podnájemcem byla připravena perfektně a při uzavírání smlouvy nebyly žádné problémy. Jednání bylo cca třičtvrtě hodiny a mělo rychlý spád a velmi dobrý průběh. V případě dalšího jednání ohledně realit bych se na p. ing. Barocha znovu rád obrátil.
 I was very satisfied with the work of the real estate agent, the meeting with the subtenant was prepared perfectly and there were no problems in concluding the contract. The meeting was about three-quarters of an hour and had a rapid decline and a very good course. In case of further negotiations regarding real estate, I would like to turn to Mr. Baroch again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice oceňuji spolupráci s panem makléřem. Přístup byl po celou dobu velmi profesionální a přitom laskavý. Provedl nás celým procesem pronájmu nemovitosti bez jakéhokoliv zádrhelu, případné dotazy řešil vždy a byl připraven jednat i ve svém volném čase. Pokud bych někdy v budoucnu kupovala/prodávala nemovitost, určitě se na něj znovu obrátím.
I really appreciate the cooperation with the broker. The approach was very professional and kind at all times. He guided us through the entire process of renting a property without any setbacks, he always resolved any questions and was ready to act in his free time. If I buy / sell a property sometime in the future, I will definitely contact it again.
