I cooperated with Květ on two projects in the village of Vranovice and I can only evaluate their work positively from Ing. Vrbasová's design to the actual implementation.

It was a pleasure to cooperate with KVĚT. We had a complete design and realization of the garden. The meeting was very pleasant and the work was done well and by agreement. Thank you very much.

Professional approach, in dealing with the customer and in the relationship designer (I) -realization firm, I heartily recommend.

We are very satisfied with the work we have done. We had to peel off the old lawn, level the terrain and lay the grass carpet + gardening work. Everything was maximally professional, even there was no problem with some minor changes and additional things during the realization. Prize also prizniva. I can only recommend!

We ordered the creation of about 300m2 garden, including laying the lawn. The next day after laying, mushrooms began to grow from the lawn, which was very soon several tens per m2. We tried to demand a correction of this situation, which we can not, because it is nature wet weather, etc. At the beginning of July it was dry that we were given instructions to water the lawn not to dry, which workers checked and it was okay. Then it should be for me a negligible compensation 3000Kč, which we should still return if the "within a few years" mushrooms disappear. When I disagreed, after the exchange of views was only offered to remove the entire lawn (happened earlier during the implementation), knowing that it is not acceptable to me after we had to do it (many hours and thousands of watering). In addition, the paid project included the planting of a tree, where our neighbor, after planting, warned us that all the leaves would fall into the pool and would cause us neighborhood problems. This was also not recognized, by law, we can have that tree there, and therefore it is our problem of neighborhood relations. During the actual implementation it was difficult to agree on some tasks such as leveling the terrain, where in the end some of the company employees themselves acknowledged that this was done wrong and had to be remodeled. As a result, the realization of the garden suits us, I would say for the most part, some elements such as pavement design, implementation of beds and adding shrubs was a good idea. However, the attitude of Mr and Mrs Vrbas is negative and arrogant. They have not set the bar to do the work they can be proud of, but only to execute the job. So I will be happy to arrange the next part of our garden without their help and if someone wants to arrange the realization of their garden so that the company will take care of it and it was a pleasant experience, so let's try it elsewhere.

Avoid the seller. Improper conduct, the word complaint does not exist. The individual belts arrived in fundamentally different quality, and even though the seller's recommended procedure was followed, the individual belts dried up. The seller denies any guilt and immediately rejects the complaint due to an error on your part. Trade Response: The lawn was watered exactly according to the instructions immediately after laying. The lawn was not even physically seen and the entire complaint was assessed only on the basis of e-mail and photo. I don't call it the best approach to complaints when you put a few tens of thousands behind the lawn.

The lawn was quickly ready for collection upon arrival. Some belts are thinner, but they don't interfere in any way, they can't be seen visually, only emotionally. I expect it to level out over time. As stated in the reviews, the increase in fungi was after 14 days, but this is due to the intensive watering of the new lawn. So no horror, I don't understand the reviews where it solves as a problem. The laying took place on the worst temperature day, when after a few hours the individual strips of lawn began to shrink due to drying. All it took was a quick spill of water and everything was fine. Overall beautiful, dense and quality lawn. I can't help but recommend it. Visits are abducted. We fertilize according to the instructions and grow like wild! I would go into it again. Great investment.
