Farmu Dvořák mohu hodnotit pouze z lidské stránky, jako souseda a firmu podnikající v obci, kde jsem vyrůstal a kde nyní staví můj syn. Jednání s firmou Dvořák není vůbec lehké. Několikrát opakovaně jsme je žádali, aby najížděli těžkými stroji na pole ne cestou kolem nás, ale vjezdem přímo na pole nad námi, nebo z jejich farmy. Když jsme upravovali náš pozemek sousedící s jejich pronajatými poli požádali jsme je, jestli by nám za úplatu srovnali pozemek, který nám předali v nevyhovujícím stavu. Odmítli. Prý mají na to moc velké stroje. Druhý den jsme měli na pozemku vyjeté po kolena hluboké koleje. Občas se baví tím, že jezdí na rozhraní polí a obce (asi kultivátorem?) a celou obec zahalí do oblak prachu. V zimě a na podzim obtěžuje obec štiplavým dusivým kouřem a popílkem pálením mokrých balíků slámy. Nedávno mi vyprávěl bratr kamaráda, že jim vypověděli nájem polí, protože na ně byli arogantní. Takže nespokojených lidí s touto firmou - farmou bude asi více.

I can evaluate the Dvořák farm only from the human side, as a neighbor and a company doing business in the village where I grew up and where my son is now building. We have repeatedly asked them to drive the heavy machinery onto the field, not by us, but by entering directly into the field above us or from their farm. When we edited our land adjacent to their leased fields, we asked them to compare the land they had given us in an unsatisfactory state for a fee. They refused. They say they have too much machines for it. On the second day, we had deep tracks on our knees. Occasionally they entertain themselves by riding on the boundaries of the fields and the village (perhaps by a cultivator?) And clouding the whole village with dust. In the winter and autumn, the village annoys with acrid choking smoke and ash with the burning of wet straw bales. A friend of mine recently told me that they had told them they were letting out the field rent because they were arrogant to them. So dissatisfied people with this company - the farm will probably be more.
