★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S panem Ing. Hynštem řeším jednu nemovitost a i když je konec zatím nejistý, tak mám potřebu o něm napsat. Jednání s realitními makléři mám za sebou několik, ale zatím jsem snad nepotkal nikoho, který by byl tak pečlivě připravený. Pan inženýr má nemovitost nastudovanou do nejmenších detailů a všechny dotčené úřady sám navštívil. Jeho vystupování je velmi profesionální a přitom pohodové. Kéž bych potkával více takových makléřů.
With Mr. Ing. I am solving one property with Hynšt, and even though the end is still uncertain, I need to write about it. I have had several negotiations with real estate agents, but so far I have probably not met anyone who would be so carefully prepared. The engineer has the property studied to the smallest detail and has visited all the authorities concerned himself. His performance is very professional and at the same time relaxed. I wish I met more such brokers.
