★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní Popenková zajistila full servis ohledně prodeje zděděného bytu, a to kompletní vyklizení jak bytu, tak sklepa, úklid a následný prodej včetně služeb notáře. Byla s námi v neustálém kontaktu a informovala nás o všech provedených krocích. Byt se podařilo prodat velmi rychle. Měsíc od zveřejnění inzerátu, jsme již podepisovali s novými vlastníky kupní smlouvu. :-)
Velice oceňujeme, že vše vyřešila za nás a my jsme přišli "k hotovému." Ostatní smlouvy, např. o zprostředkování, jsme podepisovali online, což jsme vzhledem k časovému vytížení jednoznačně uvítali.
Nyní uvažujeme o koupi menšího bytu a paní Popenková je pro nás jasná volba.
Mrs. Popenková provided a full service regarding the sale of the inherited apartment, namely the complete evacuation of both the apartment and the cellar, cleaning and subsequent sale, including the services of a notary. She was in constant contact with us and informed us of all the steps taken. The apartment was sold very quickly. One month after the publication of the advertisement, we have already signed a purchase agreement with the new owners. :-)
We really appreciate that she solved everything for us and we came "done." We signed other contracts, such as mediation, online, which we clearly welcomed due to the time.
We are now considering buying a smaller apartment and Mrs. Popenková is a clear choice for us.

We were very satisfied with the follow-up of potential buyers and the report sent it weekly via email with all the information regarding the online views and the market conditions.
As we had agreed before signing the contract, all the information provided was translated and sent it in English. We kept a close communication by phone and email and she was always available to answer our questions and concerns.
