★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15.5.2018 jsem byl v tomto sklenářství poptat cenovou nabídku na prosklení interiérového zábradlí na schodiště. Člověk, kterého asistentka oslovila jménem Ruda, tedy předpokládám majitel sklenářství, se choval naprosto arogantně, s jasným nezájmem o zákazníka, naopak dával najevo, jak ho obtěžuji. Řekl mi, že můj popis zábradlí ho vůbec nezajímá a že chce vědět pouze rozměry skleněných výplní. Takže jsem rozhovor okamžitě ukončil a šli jsme ke konkurenci. Majitel má aroganci evidentně v povaze, protože to už je moje druhá obdobná zkušenost s tímto sklenářstvím.
On May 15, 2018, I was in this glazier asking for a price offer for glazing an interior railing for a staircase. The man whom the assistant called Ruda, so I assume the owner of the glazier, behaved completely arrogantly, with a clear disinterest in the customer, on the contrary, he showed how harassing him. He told me that he was not interested in my description of the railing at all and that he only wanted to know the dimensions of the glass panels. So I ended the conversation immediately and we went to the competition. The owner is obviously arrogant in nature, because this is my second similar experience with this glazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po telefonické domluvě jsem se domluvil s touto formou u které jsem si nechal dělat dvere do baráku na podívání se problémů s dveřmi. Přijeli ochotni pracovníci a byli u nás asi 8 minut.Problem vyřešili vyšroubovanim jednoho šroubku.Ptal jsem se co jsme dluzni a s úsměvem mi bylo sděleno že nic.Dalsi den přišla faktura na 943 Kc.Udělejte si obrázek sami....
