Ingetour - rental canoe, raft - 14325

We have been renting a boat from Ingetour for several years. There is nothing to complain about the equipment, the provision of the reservation, the subsequent loan and the overall quality of the rented things. The only thing worse from year to year are the closures on the rafts on the exhausts - this year we didn't have the closure on any of them, so they accidentally pressed the valve several times and dropped part of the raft. Communication with the office is fast. In Boršov and Vyšší Brod, the staff was nice and helpful - of course, if you want something, you need to say it. When we arrived, they pushed us into the parking lot far enough from the water, where I wouldn't even go with the Fabia - the road was really more for off-roaders. After the agreement, however, we were able to park without any problems. The detail I would point out is the bus transport from Boršov. That the bus is old and one wonders if it will even run out when you hear the clutch engage, okay. The driver's approach was twice as friendly, and he absolutely didn't control how people threw things in the trunk. When I asked if we could put things all the way forward when we go all the way to the final, he cut me off that the bus stops all the way to the final and no one will get off or get on - which of course is not true. However, things ran out, so that was fine. The only thing that infuriated me about the age was that we needed to adjust the reservation two days before departure - a friend found out that he would not be able to arrive until Saturday morning. Before he wrote it to me, he called Ingetour and they adjusted his reservation there. This gesture from them was helpful and it was nice that it could be resolved so quickly. However, I made the reservation, my friend did not know the reservation number and definitely could not pretend to be me. In the office, therefore, before changing the reservation, they should at least verify that it is so okay with me. After all, it is not possible for someone to call there, he only knew the name of the person who made the reservation and could manipulate it in any way. Not to mention GDPR. When I wrote to the office that I was quite surprised by this approach, they told me that the gentleman knew everything he needed and that I should inform my friends better about the reservation next time. Like sorry? When I wrote again, mentioning that what they had done was breaking the law, suddenly an apology came up. I didn't want to argue with anyone, but to warn them that they can't do this - all I had to do was write an e-mail saying that a gentleman had called them there, who wanted to change my reservation, and if I agreed with that. Be that as it may, I am still the customer and they are the provider, at least if they make a mistake, they should apologize in peace. However, as I wrote above, we are generally satisfied with the rental company and their approach over the years.

I like IngeTour .. Everything can be arranged smoothly .. The friendliness of employees and temporary workers is at a high level .. Certainly there will be some negatives, but for some they can be a great advantage .. For me 5 stars ...

Absolutely affordable, if you do not want to risk a multi-day reservation due to the changing weather, then they will advise you to book boats for only 2 days and you have the same price for the same day. There was no problem with anything :)
