I do not recommend. I started cooperating with Inizio in January 2022 and after 2 months I had to end the cooperation because they could not bring me a sufficient number of orders. I had better results when I did it myself. I would still be able to accept this. But what was very unprofessional for them was the fact that they did not consult with me at all about increasing the budget for advertising. My condition was that it could only be increased if the ads were profitable or at least I would bring in a growing number of orders. None of this happened and they increased the budget more than twice without my consent. At the same time, they ignored my request twice to stop offering free content via FB ads (since it did not bring any orders). Eventually, they stopped sending me texts for translation and alerted me to the changes they had made. So I accidentally found out that I have Czech words and unnaturally sounding sentences on the website, the same in the ads. These inspections and subsequent adjustments cost me a lot of time, and one of the reasons why I decided to cooperate was to save time… The last disappointment for me occurred during e-mail communication with several INIZIA employees, who were not able to give a meaningful answer to any of my questions, such as why did they increase the budget without my knowledge, why did my request to stop ads ignore, etc. They gave very evasive answers, or none at all, or examples that were not at all related to my situation. I did not receive any apology and they did not admit a mistake, even though it obviously occurred on their side. The contract is written unilaterally, it does not say anything about what will happen when the agency fails. The whole risk is on the client. A good marketing agency or marketer takes the time to get to know you and your business. To be able to evaluate what in your case it makes sense to do and what not, what it would be good to focus on, etc. INIZIO doesn't do anything because they don't have the space (and the question is, do they even know it). One marketer has about 10 clients, with such a number he does not have a chance to devote the necessary time to you. And that then has an impact on the results. If you are looking for serious marketing help, you will not find it here. —————————————— UPDATE - response to the response below Good day, You returned me about 80 €, which is far from all the money. I paid you 2x 486 €, from which I then paid VAT in Slovakia + you spent 400 € on FB ads over the agreed budget. What is a total of 1646 € including VAT, which I would not have lost if I had not concluded cooperation with you. I expected that if I helped me a marketing expert, I would get better results than I had when I did it myself or at least at least as well. However, they were worse. So for me it was a much bigger loss than the € 80 you returned to me. And I'm not talking about time and energy, which I also lost in this process. As far as apology and confession are concerned, you have now done so for the first time. It's not in any of your emails. Being sorry is not the same excuse. So if you are aware that INIZIO has made a lot of mistakes, it is fair for you to return 50% of the amount I paid you for your services, as they did not bring me any value and they also caused me damage. I would also like to remind you that the receipts for the month of January were due to my advertisement, which I set up in December - you did not participate in anything. So when we take that into account, the loss is even greater. I perceive that it is up to me to share my experience with others so that they know what approach your agency has and can decide whether I want to work with you or not. It surprises me that you are willing to work for a company without values ​​and ferric approach to the customer.

"I don't like agencies, they're all on the same hoof, at first they lure you on a fishing rod, they take money out of you for something you can study for free on the Internet today and search directly for the source and finally do it yourself" ... that's exactly what I thought until I came across this agency. Today, I thank you for not putting on your prejudices and using the Inizio Academy course and the Million Page. The product konverzky.cz is a great tool that is comparable to another foreign one, which is not in Czech or Slovak but can do almost the same, has Czech support and is cheaper so far. The big advantage is customer support, which they care about, answer questions, are helpful, solve problems ... I definitely recommend working with them in any way!
