★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem zde nakoupit software, který má tento eshop nejlevnější. Abych se ubezpečil, že nákup licence proběhne v pořádku, zavolal jsem na jejich linku. Operátor/prodejce neměl o problematice zřejmě ani tušení, proto mě odkázal na nějaké mobilní číslo. Když jsem tam volal, hovor někdo vytípl a už se neozval. Je to právě šest hodin. S ohledem na toto chování e-shop nedoporučuji. Raději utratit nějakou tisícovku navíc, než podstupovat tohle.
Edit -Reakce na odpověď: Přesně tak, přitom stačilo, abyste zavolali, nebo poslali sms a mohli jste se vyvarovat negativní recenze.
 I wanted to buy the software that has the cheapest this eshop here. To make sure the license purchase went well, I called their line. The operator / seller probably had no idea about the issue, so he referred me to a mobile number. When I called there, the call was answered and no longer answered. It's just six o'clock. Given this behavior, I do not recommend the e-shop. I'd rather spend a thousand more than go through this.
Edit - Response to the answer: Exactly, all you had to do was call or send an sms and you could avoid negative reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U jednoho objednaného výrobků byl problém. Obchod ale komunikoval a vyšel vstric. Výměna ale proběhla rychle a bez problémů, takže nakonec spokojenost.
There was a problem with one of the ordered products. But the business communicated and went out of hand. But the exchange went quickly and without problems, so in the end satisfaction.

leider ist die Magenta Nicht gut geeignet, auf Papier Kein Problem, aber auf Folie sehr schlecht, auch mit viel OP nicht gut. Die LM passt nicht, der Chip ist für Magenta, aber der Chip geht auch nicht, LC ist auch Falsch. Kartusche ist Falsch, die Marke ist nicht Original von Ink.Tech sondern irgendwas, seit 16 Tagen Keine Information vom Verkäufer.
I bought Ink. Tec CZ latex ink for HP 335 from this company.
Unfortunately the magenta is not well suited, no problem on paper, but very bad on foil, not good even with a lot of surgery. The LM doesn't fit, the chip is for magenta, but the chip doesn't work either, LC is also wrong. Cartridge is wrong, the brand is not an original from Ink.Tech but something, no information from the seller for 16 days.
